The Terms are subject to change without prior notice to you. All changes will be posted here and only apply to any subsequent orders placed after the amendment has been made.

 

You must be 18 or over to view or otherwise use this website.

You must be the appropriate legal age to buy anything from us. By making a purchase from us you confirm that you are the appropriate legal age. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

 

Contract formation

 

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right not to accept any order for any reason. No contract between us will be formed until we send you an e-mail confirming your order has been despatched. Prior to then we will be under no obligation to supply you with the goods you have ordered.

It is your responsibility to verify that your e-mail address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

 

Data Protection

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

By placing an order with us you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms). We will ask for your permission if we wish to use your details for any other reason (and you may ask us in writing to remove your details from our system by writing to our address). We will only e-mail you for purposes of processing your order and afterwards if you give your consent.

 

Price

 

The price shall be the price quoted on the website except for when we make an error. If we have made an error, then we will inform you of this as soon after you have placed your order as possible and will tell you the correct price and ask you if you still wish to place your order with us. If we have not heard back from you within 7 days, then we will presume that you did not want to place your order again with us and we will give you a full refund if you have already paid.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery and this charge will be added at the checkout page. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

 

Payment and Delivery

 

We accept payments by credit/debit card and from Paypal or Nochex accounts via our website and payments by cheque or postal order via the post. No order will be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared by the relevant financial institution. It is your responsibility to ensure that the postal address you have given us is correct.

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days; if an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately and advise you of a delivery date or offer you a refund.

All orders will need to be signed for in order to maintain your security and privacy, if an order is not collected or accepted within one week it will be returned and there will be a charge payable by you for redelivery.

 

Cancellation and Return

 

Due to the nature of the products we sell we only accept returns on used items that are faulty, which of course we will be happy to exchange. All claims for shortages and damages must be reported to our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the goods and returned within 14 days.

Returns for any other reasons must conform to the following terms

 

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
8. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

 

We recommend that when returning an item you send it Recorded Delivery or obtain a certificate of posting.

We reserve the right not to refund our standard shipping charge if items are returned for refund.
