Returns

To return damaged or faulty goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please return it to us at our returns address listed below (within 14 days of receipt) and contact us (within 7 days of receipt) quoting your order number and a full description of the fault. We will inspect the fault and once this is confirmed you will be offered a choice between a replacement item and a full refund. We strongly recommend that you either use recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us. Prof of postage is free of charge to obtain and merely needs asking for at the post office counter.

To return goods that are not damaged or faulty

To make a return please send it to us at our returns address listed above (within 14 days of receipt) and contact us (within 7 days of receipt) quoting your order number and the reason for return. Due to the nature of the products we sell we can only accept returns on used items that are damaged or faulty. Returns for any other reasons must conform to the following terms

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
8. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right not to accept return of the goods.
