Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We understand that when purchasing from us you need to feel confident that nobody else will know the details of your order (unless of course you choose to share it with them). For your piece of mind all our deliveries are sent in plain packaging and via recorded delivery or courier service.

What do we mean by plain packaging?

Well depending on the size of your order the size of the box will vary, but all deliveries will look like the box in the picture below. As you can see first of all the box’s seams are all very securely taped to ensure that during transit no hint of the contents can escape.

The boxes do not carry any giveaway branding; in fact the only markings visible on the box are from the Post Office and our delivery label. Please note that our return address is a P.O. Box registered to the business name ‘WebWebWeb’ and not ‘Not An Angel’ so you can feel completely reassured that your order will be handled with total privacy.

Why recorded delivery or courier service?

Firstly it is easier to track orders sent by this method, which helps us to ensure that our high level of service is maintained. Secondly, both of these services require a signature on delivery, so your personal order should never be left with a nosey neighbour or on your door step for all the world to see.

Delivery Charges

We have tried to keep our delivery charges as low as possible and create a system that is simple to understand and use so you always know where you stand, therefore orders will be processed as follows-

We offer free delivery on any order over £25 and a nominal charge of £3.50 on orders under that amount.
